By evening, it transforms into a meat lover’s haven. I haven’t tried everything on the menu, but today I’m focusing on the gukbap I had. First Impressions When you sit down, you’re greeted with a set of complimentary side dishes: napa cabbage kimchi, kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), seasoned seaweed, and salted octopus.
