Hi everyone, I'm SeoBi. Today, I want to share a review of a fantastic restaurant called DoYajip Euljiro Branch, right in the heart of Euljiro, Seoul. Map (Google map link to DoYajip) This spot offers a variety of dishes during the day—think chilled seasoned pork, comforting gukbap (rice soup), and Korean beef tartare bibimbap. By evening, it transforms into a meat lover’s haven. I haven’t tried everything on the menu, but today I’m focusing on the gukbap I had. First Impressions When you sit down, you’re greeted with a set of complimentary side dishes: napa cabbage kimchi, kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), seasoned seaweed, and salted octopus. Don’t worry about extra charges—these sides come free of cost. Gukbap Experience The gukbap here is made by slowly simmering pork bones and meat to extract a rich, hearty broth.
